Q: Once I've contacted P.O.I.N.T., how long will it be before my home or office is investigated?
A: P.O.I.N.T. considers itself blessed to be able to help so many people. Because we are so busy, sometimes there may be a wait of a few weeks before we can come to your home. If it is an emergency situation, we will be out as soon as we can to do a preliminary investigation. Typically, P.O.I.N.T. conducts investigations on Saturday evenings but can also use Friday evenings as well for emergency cases. P.O.I.N.T. knows how frightening paranormal activity can be and will do our best to respond to the best of our ability.
Q: What is expected of me during the investigation?
A: P.O.I.N.T. feels their clients should continue with their normal routine during investigations. We only ask that during EVP sessions, the noise be kept to a minimum.
Q:Do I have to be present during the investigation?
A: Yes, P.O.I.N.T. requires that all home and business owners be present during the investigation. This is for your protection as well as ours. Also, the paranormal events usually happen when the client is around and removing them from the equation may hinder the gathering of evidence.
Q: How many P.O.I.N.T. members will be coming to my home to investigate?
A: The number of members brought to a location depends on the size of the location and the activity reported. Typically investigations involve four to five members.
Q: I am interested in the paranormal and was wondering if you are accepting new members?
A: At this time, P.O.I.N.T. is not accepting applications but if the need arises, we will place information here and on our Myspace page on the application process.
Q: Where else can I get information about the paranormal and meet the members of P.O.I.N.T.?
A: On the third Friday of every month, P.O.I.N.T. hosts a book club meeting from 7 pm- 9pm at the Books-A Million in Jupiter, FL. Anyone can join us for a night of interesting and informative conversation about the paranormal.
